One organisation means its whole Creatio, with every instance it runs and everyone who looks at any of them. Seats and instances are not counted.

If you implement Creatio for other people, your clients go on one subscription rather than one each, in a workspace seated by your own team. It is a separate agreement from this one, by application, so clause 3 of the Terms is not the answer for you. Talk to us and we will send you the terms.
Inside one organisation the only metered thing is AI mode, and it is in the table.

There are no published limits in the table because normal work never reaches one. A ceiling does exist. If usage on one organisation starts to look like bulk extraction rather than people and agents asking questions, we will talk to you before we do anything else. So far we have not had to.
We run it on your instance first: thirty minutes, read-only, on a test copy or your live system, and you keep the report whether or not you go ahead. It is the same product with nothing removed, under the same read-only locks and the same Data Processing Agreement as a paid subscription, so the paperwork exists before the first index is built.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT wherever you are, and appears on your statement instead of us.
Cancel whenever you like and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. A price change never applies to a term already paid, and we tell you before the renewal it would apply to.
