Not per seat.
Not per instance.
Per customer.

One end customer is one organisation's Creatio — every instance it runs, from production to the sandbox, and everyone who looks at any of them. That is the only thing we count.

What one subscription covers

Inside one end customer, nothing else is metered.

Feature What it means Limit
Indexing
Creatio instances Production, pre-production, and the sandbox nobody admits to. Comparing them is the point. Unlimited
Indexes Re-run on demand or on a schedule. No per-snapshot charge and no data-volume tier. Unlimited
What gets captured Every entity, field, lookup, page, business process, business rule, DCM case, role and dashboard — plus the edges between them. Included
Explorer
Browse the index The web app for reading how the instance is actually built. Included
Cross-references Everywhere a field is read, written or referenced across the whole instance. Included
Blast radius What a change would break, before you make it. Included
Checks and reports
Ranked checks Automations that run twice, automations that can never run, triggers firing on every save, triggers waiting on a deleted column, permission gaps. Ranked, never guessed. Unlimited
Release reports Compare two indexes across time or across environments, with process version lineage and anything that reached production outside the pipeline. Unlimited
Benchmarks Security, Implementation and Release Readiness, scored with dated evidence an auditor accepts. Included
AI agents
Hosted MCP server Claude, Cursor, Codex, or anything else that speaks MCP. No lock-in. Included
Agent queries what_happens_when, explain_process, what_writes, impact_of, run_checks, what_changed, diagnose. Every one returns a verdict rather than a document. Unlimited
Training on your data We never do it, and there is no AI provider in the chain to send it to. Never
Access and security
People Engineers, architects, release managers, auditors. Seats are not what we sell. Not counted
Write access to Creatio ctx10 only ever reads. Four separate locks enforce it. Never
Your own database The index we build for you is a database of its own, and every query against the captured rows is scoped to your workspace before it runs — or refused. Included
Query log The command we received, the command we ran, and who asked. Included
Single sign-on Not switched on yet. Listed here so the answer does not change quietly. Planned
Support
Email and phone Answered by the people who build it, within one business day. Included
DPA and security review A signed DPA or a security questionnaire filled out, on request. Included
Money-back guarantee From your first payment, no reason required. 30 days

Fair use

There are no published limits above because normal work never reaches one, not because no ceiling exists. If usage for one customer stops looking like people and agents asking questions and starts looking like automated bulk extraction, we will come and talk to you before we do anything else. We have not had to yet.

Before you pay anything

We run it on your instance first. Thirty minutes, read-only, on a test copy or your live system, and you keep the report whether or not you go ahead. Not a trial tier with features removed — the product, pointed at your configuration. It runs under the same read-only locks and the same standard Data Processing Agreement as a paid subscription, so the paperwork is in place before the first index is built.

Every subscription then carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Terms on the Refund Policy page.

Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT wherever you are, and appears on your statement instead of us.

Cancel whenever you like; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. A price change never applies to a term already paid, and you hear about it before a renewal rather than after.
