How do you know your Creatio is set up right?
Creatio shows you every setting it has. It never tells you what those settings should be. A benchmark does. It is a checklist. Each check names one thing that should be true about your setup, and tells you how to test it. So “is this set up right?” gets a real answer instead of a guess.
There are three of them. Each one asks a simple question.

Is it safe?
Who can see, change and delete things — and can you prove it? -
Is it built right?
Does what you built really work the way you think it does? -
Is it ready to go?
Can you turn it on, keep it running, and get it back when it breaks?
Open a list and each check is called a control. That is the name you cite it by.
How we write them
Every check follows the same three rules.
One thing per check
If a check asks about two things that could pass or fail on their own, we split it into two. A check that asks two things at once cannot give you one clear answer.
“We could not check” is a real answer
A check passes, fails, or says we could not look. We never call something passed when the proof was missing. A report that hides what it could not see is worse than no report.
