Three items. One of them is your answer.
ctx10.com sets nothing for advertising, nothing for tracking you across other sites, and nothing at all until you say yes. Here is the whole list.

The whole list
Open your browser's storage inspector on this page and you should see exactly this, and nothing else.
-
ctx10.consent.v1Remembers the choice you made, so we do not ask on every page. This one is set whichever way you answer — including when you decline, because "no" is the answer we have to remember. -
_gaGoogle Analytics. Distinguishes one browser from another so a visit can be counted once. -
_ga_S1DF26ZJ91Google Analytics. Keeps session state for this specific property.
Nothing loads before you answer
This is the part most cookie notices get wrong, so it is worth being precise. Many sites set analytics to "denied" but still download the analytics script, which tells the analytics company your IP address before you have agreed to anything.
We do not download it. Until you press Accept there is no request to
googletagmanager.com, no request to Google Analytics, and no cookie. You
can verify that in your browser's network tab — filter for googletagmanager,
reload this page, and the list stays empty.
If you do accept, we tell Google that advertising storage, ad personalisation and ad user data all remain denied. We only ever turn on analytics storage.
Changing your mind
Any time, in either direction, with no penalty for declining.
Withdrawing does more than stop the next page from loading anything. When you decline — whether or not you accepted earlier — the two Google cookies named above are deleted from your browser there and then, and the tag already running on the page you are on is switched off, so it stops sending and stops rewriting them. Nothing to reload, nothing for you to go and clear by hand. Open the storage inspector again and they are gone.
Declining does not degrade the site. There is no feature here that depends on analytics — we would just like to know which pages get read.
Clearing your browser's storage for this site also clears the choice, and we will ask again on your next visit. So will we after 365 days: consent that lasts forever is not really consent.
The one thing we cannot gate
Serving this page at all means our host, Netlify, sees the request — your IP address, the page, the browser. That is true of every website and cannot be consented away, because it is how the page reaches you. Netlify is named as a sub-processor on the Data & privacy page along with everyone else who touches anything.
Typefaces are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts, so reading this page does not disclose your address to Google.
